Using DearlyTold

DearlyTold is a private memory-keeping service provided by Thorn & Fable Ltd, 2 Entick Farm Bungalow, Ings Lane, Dunswell, HU6 0AL, UK. Please use it only for content you have the right to upload. Keep your sign-in details private and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

DearlyTold Plus subscriptions

Plus is an optional recurring subscription. The price, billing period and any applicable tax are shown before payment. You can cancel at any time from your payment account; access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the law requires otherwise. We will tell you clearly before any price or material service change takes effect.

Printed books and refunds

A printed book is made to order from your own memories. You may cancel for a full refund until you approve the proof and it is sent to Bookvault for printing. After that point, we can offer a refund or replacement where a book arrives damaged, has a printing fault or does not match the approved order. Contact us promptly with your order reference and photographs where helpful.

Cookies

DearlyTold uses essential technical storage needed to sign you in, keep the app working and protect your account. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add optional analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your choice first and update this notice.
